Plug in outlet covers observed throughout licensed space, pose a choking hazard and must be removed. Window blinds observed throughout licensed space (baby room, playroom, 2nd playroom) with inner and outer cords. Sliding glass doors in baby room and main playroom need stickers or art work attached at children's eye level. Indoor temperature observed on thermostat at 51 degrees Fahrenheit. Outlets throughout licensed space must be made tamper resistant or inaccessible to children (covered). Outlet in bathroom must be made tamper resistant and GFCI OR be made inaccessible to children.
